When decorating cookies I love to add all those personal details such as dates, names, ages and anything else that will personalize your cookies just for you! Using your event invitations, party decor, favorite color and event color pallets really help bring your personalized set of cookies to life.
The cookie
I have worked hard to provide you the best of the best in taste and artwork. Creating my signature vanilla cookie recipe was nothing short of a labor of love. Long hours were spent learning the science of baking and how each ingredient works with the others. Out of that research came my vanilla sugar cutout cookie recipe that is known and loved. '

ordering
how to order
Placing a order is best done online through the website. This way everything is contained in one area. fill out the form below with all event details. give as much information as you possibly can. I can never have to much information. once you have submitted the form, you will get an email confirming all your details.
when to order
Current booking time is 3-4 weeks in advance to your event. for standard orders of 2-6 dozen.. for larger orders it is better to order as soon as possible.
Please note: that during holiday seasons custom orders have less availability.
Once you have submitted your order form and confirmed all the details in the order an invoice will be sent for payment. all orders are required to be paid for at the time of order to be placed on the schedule. non-payment will result in the order being cancelled and removed from the schedule.

Faq
q. How soon should I order?
A. currently ordering times are booking 3-4 weeks in advance. Booking sooner rather than later will help ensure space for your order. There are certain months that book quickly due to holidays.
q. are orders pick-up only?
A. Yes! Cookies are pick up only. Pick-up are self serve to make it convenient to fit all schedules. Pick-up is in Elkhorn.
q. how Do I place an order?
A. placing an order inquiry through the website is the absolute best way! You can reach out via email, call/text and Facebook. Regardless of method I will direct you to fill out the inquiry form here on the website.
q. are refunds offered?
A. no, I do not offer refunds. If I have had a mistake I will make every effort to make it right. If for some reason your event plans change, I will credit your account for a future order.
q. Do I ship cookies?
A: No, unfortunately I do not. I work under the Wisconsin Food Cottage Laws which does not allow shipping of cookies.
q. Can you freeze decorated cookies?
A: Yes, absolutely! Freezing is super simple and a great way to keep your order if your event date changes or I am fully booked and I am not able to accommodate your date you can order ahead and freeze cookies until your event. To freeze: carefully place your wrapped cookies in a container on their sides and freeze. To thaw your cookies set them out the night before on the counter but do not open the container until they are fully thawed. This is very important as the condensation could ruin the cookies.
q. Am I a allergy free baker?
A. No, my cookies are not allergy free. Cookies contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Cookies although cookies do not contain nuts they are made in a kitchen containing nuts.
POLICIES
- All decorated cookies are made to order and require a minimum of 1 week notice for production schedule permitting.
- Orders can be placed online or via phone, but must be confirmed with payment in full before production can begin.
- Cookie decorator is given full creative control and I will do my absolute best to make your cookie wishes come true. Please note I will not make exact replicas of cookies.
- Color matching is a science I will do my very best to achieve your requested color but an exact match is not guarenteed.
- Changes or cancellations to orders must be made at least 1 week in advance of the requested delivery or pick-up date.
- Decorated cookies are fragile and should be handled with care. The bakery is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has left our possession.
- cookies will come individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness. Cookies are at optimal freshness two weeks after pick-up. Cookies freeze perfectly packaged as is.
- please keep cookies in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
- All decorated cookies are made in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, and other allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
- The bakery reserves the right to use images of decorated cookies for marketing and promotional purposes.
- There are no refunds
